Castleton Chiropractic Clinic was established in 1980 by Dr. Ronald Sheppard. The type of care provided for patients of Castleton Chiropractic Clinic is based on a complete understanding and acknowledgement of the relationship between structure, function, what causes good health, and how to create the proper conditions for good health and function to exist. Castleton Chiropractic Clinic utilizes the latest technology for evaluation, pain relief and rehabilitation; and our comprehensive facility is dedicated to all aspects of evaluation and treatment of spinal orthopedic, neurological and musculoskeletal disorders.
Ronald Sheppard attended Purdue University majoring in Biology/Chemistry before completing his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College in 1978. Dr. Sheppard has been a practicing chiropractic physician for over 29 years. He was chairman of the Indiana Board of Chiropractic Examiners for 10 years and a past president of the Indiana State Chiropractic Association.
The doctors of Castleton Chiropractic Clinic are all Board Certified Chiropractic Physician’s and Diplomates of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Our doctors are passionate about their work and strive to provide the most up to date care by keeping current with the latest technology and knowledge base via ongoing educational programs and accredited state board approved post graduate seminars. Between them, the doctors of Castleton Chiropractic Clinic have hundreds of hours of post graduate, specialty and accredited continuing education.
Professional Cooperation - We work closely with the established medical, legal and insurance industries. Our responsibility is to find out what is wrong and determine the best way to return you to health. If we determine we need the assistance of another specialist or health care provider we will refer you with full cooperation and concern for your care. As a part of this process we enlist you, the patient, as an active participant by teaching you how to live, move and tend to your own body.
